Sales taxes in Washington are calculated at checkout on the website based on (1) the taxability of products sold by the company in Washington, and (2) the specific tax rate established by the taxing jurisdiction of the delivery address in Washington.

Washington does not require the collection of taxes on the following products sold by the company and delivered to a Washington address:

• • Legal tender coins; or
  • Refined bullion products made of gold, silver, platinum, rhodium, and palladium, and the value is based on its metal content, not its current form (not numismatic).

All other products sold are subject to sales taxes in Washington.

The company began collecting sales taxes in Washington on October 18, 2022.  Our tax license number in Washington is 604-996-749.

If you are a Washington-based reseller and wish to file a Reseller Certificate with the company, please download the Washington Reseller Certificate form here.  Once you have completed this form, either email it to customerservice@BGASC.com; or mail it to Buy Gold and Silver Corp, 6125 Luther Lane #474, Dallas, TX 75225.  Once we receive your completed Reseller Certificate, we will enter it into our system, and you will not be charged taxes on future orders as long as your Reseller Certificate remains valid and in force.
