Shipping Rates & Methods
Orders usually ship next business day of cleared payment! BGASC currently ships Monday through Friday to addresses within the United States*. We do not ship to mail drop locations, freight forwarders or 3rd party private postal boxes such as The UPS Store or Mailboxes Etc. unless payment is made by bank wire. Our preferred secured shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service via either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on value and weight. However, we may choose to ship monster boxes and a limited number of other items UPS or FedEx depending on the delivery address.

Please Note: If your shipment gets returned to BGASC (returned to sender) because of failure to sign for a package that requires signature within the carrier's specified window of time, or if an incorrect address was provided to us, a re-shipment fee will be charged per package to cover our re-shipment costs. The re-shipment fee for US Post Office shipments is $10/package, and the re-shipment fee for FedEx or UPS shipments is $50/package.
When shipping high-value items such as precious metals, we believe protection and discretion are of utmost importance. When it comes time to pack your order for shipment, it is double-checked for accuracy by a member of our team, and then securely wrapped in protective packaging to prevent your items from getting jostled around while in transit. Then the items are carefully placed inside the shipping parcel and thoroughly sealed. Our return address label does not contain our name, nor does it give any indication of the valuable contents inside.
Every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance for its time in transit. This means that in the unlikely case your package is lost or damaged while in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that our insurance policy only extends to packages in transit - once the carrier states they have delivered the product, our insurance ends.
We will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party. Please do not attempt to re-route your package without calling us first, otherwise our insurance will end. When we ship to you, if items are lost or damaged in transit, BGASC assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund the purchase price in money at our discretion. Please note that BGASC will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that the carrier deems successfully delivered. Our liability and insurance ceases without exception, the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address.

You can track your BGASC order's progress from the time it is placed to the time of delivery. You will receive an Order Confirmation when the order is placed. If you are paying by Paper Check by Mail or Bank Wire, we will send you a Payment Receipt Email to confirm that we have received your payment. When your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your package's tracking number(s), and from that point on you can follow your shipment's progress online. Additionally, if you have signed up for a BGASC.com member account on our website, you can log in at any time to view your order history and details including order status and tracking information.
NOTE: If you pay to upgrade your shipping method, please know that we will deliver the package to the carrier as promised at the desired shipping rate/method, however once handed off to the carrier, we cannot guarantee the accelerated delivery date, especially due to "acts of God" (e.g. weather, fire, etc.) or other "Force Majeure" reasons. Therefore, if the delivery date of your shipment is changed by the carrier due to any reason including the reasons listed above, shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
