History

The 10 oz Australian Silver Kookaburra has been available from Perth Mint since 1992. Perth Mint has never put a mintage cap on the production of 10 oz Silver Kookaburras, with the 2011 10 oz Kookaburra registering the highest mintage in the series at 45,901 coins.
