History

On June 2, 1953, Queen Elizabeth II was crowned at Westminster Abbey. To commemorate this significant event, ten statues were created to stand guard, each displaying a shield with a badge of arms of a family linked to Her Majesty. These statues inspired the Royal Mints Queens Beasts Series.
