On the reverse of the 2026 30 Gram Silver Panda Coin, the design showcases the Temple of Heaven complex in Beijing. The building depicted is the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests, which is the central structure of the site. The Temple of Heaven is known as one of Beijings iconic architectural locations and was historically used during the Ming and Qing dynasties for ceremonies tied to agriculture and harvest prosperity.

History

The Chinese Silver Panda Day-Night Set is among the more collectible special editions available each year. For this release, Emporium Hamburg adds color to the annual Panda design, creating two distinct versions that share the same panda imagery. One coin places the pandas in a daytime scene with brighter blue tones behind them and a yellow sun overhead. The companion coin shifts the setting to night, with darker shades across the sky and a softly colored moon taking the place of the sun, offering an easy visual contrast between the two coins.
