How To Check The Status Of An Order
The most accurate and up-to-date way to determine the status of an order is by reading the notifications emails sent to you from our customer service department. Below is a list of the standard email notifications we send while an order is in process and the corresponding status.
If you are registered for a member account on our website, you can also log in and check your Order History to view if your order has shipped. The online order status will remain PENDING until SHIPPED.
Please check your e-mail’s spam or junk/mail folder if you aren’t receiving e-mail notices, or use your e-mail’s “search” box to search for “BGASC”. Add us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive future notices.
|BGASC Order Confirmation||Your order has been placed and we have begun processing.
Orders usually ship the next business day after cleared payment. If you’ve paid by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card, your payment has already been cleared. If you are paying by Paper Check, PayPal eCheck, or Bank Wire, your order is on hold and awaiting payment. We will notify you by e-mail when a Check or Bank Wire payment is received.
If you ordered an item that was on Pre-Sale, you can view the estimated ship date next to the item listed on your Order Confirmation E-Mail.

Checks are deposited the same day they are received. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared our standard 5-7 day check clearing period. When your order is shipped, we will email you a notification that includes your tracking number.

(Wire & ACH payments only)
|We have received your Bank Wire or ACH bank transfer payment.
Orders usually ship the next business day after cleared payment. For fed Bank Wires, funds usually clear the same or next business day. For ACH or other bank-to-bank transfers, funds usually clear within 2-4 business days. When your order is shipped, we will email you a notification that includes your tracking number.

Use the tracking number(s) provided in within this e-mail notification to track your shipment from this point forward.

This notice is typically sent when a Check Payment is overdue. Please reply to this notice immediately to inform us of the status of your check. If we do not receive a reply from you, the order is subject to cancellation and any applicable fees as per our Payment policy.
|BGASC Has Not Received Your Bank Wire||We have not yet received your Bank Wire payment funds in our account.
This notice is typically sent when a Bank Wire payment is overdue. Please reply to this notice immediately to inform us of the status of your wire payment. If we do not receive a reply from you, the order is subject to cancellation and any applicable fees as per our Payment policy.
Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Order Status
Q: I thought I placed an order, but I haven’t gotten an Order Confirmation E-Mail. Did my order go through?
A: When an order is successfully submitted, a message appears on your screen that says, “Congratulations, Your Order Has Been Placed”, and an Order Confirmation E-Mail is instantly sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you didn’t see the “Congratulations” message and didn’t get an e-mail, it’s very likely your order was not completed. If the items are still in your Shopping Cart, click the Checkout button to try again. If you did see the “Congratulations” message, but you didn’t get the e-mail confirmation, check your spam or junk mail folder. You can also use your e-mail’s search box to search for “BGASC”. If you still can’t find an e-mail from us, it’s possible your e-mail address was entered incorrectly. If you think this is a possibility, please Contact Us so we can get your e-mail address corrected and a new Order Confirmation E-Mail sent to you.
Q: I mailed my check a few days ago but I haven’t received a notification you’ve received it yet. What is the status?
A: If you haven’t yet received the “BGASC Has Received Your Check” e-mail notification, it is most likely that the check is still on its way to us. If your check hasn’t been received within 2 weeks of the order date, we will send an e-mail requesting that you contact us immediately to inform us if the check has been mailed. If we do not receive a reply from you, the order is subject to cancellation and any applicable fees as per our Payment policy.
Q: I see my Check has cleared on my bank statement, so why hasn’t my order shipped?
A: Our standard check clearing waiting period is 5-7 business days for all check payment orders. If a check payment “bounces” or is rejected by our bank, they notify us on the 4th business day after deposit, even if the funds cleared initially. Therefore we must wait the full 5-7 business days before shipment to be sure an order is paid before it ships.
Q: I created an online Member Account but my order does not appear in my Order History. Why?
A: Either the order was placed using Guest Checkout or you created your member account after placing your order. Please locate the Membership Confirmation email we sent you when you created your account, and click on the link provided within the e-mail to add your previously placed orders to your new account. If you cannot locate this e-mail, please Contact Us. (Orders placed by phone cannot be added to the online member account order history.)
Q: My order was shipped but it’s still not delivered yet. What’s the status?
A: Please use the tracking number we e-mailed you to track your order with the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS). Shipping services will typically post a notice about any know service delays on their website.
