Obverse

The obverse of MLB Chicago White Sox Silver Rounds features the teams main logo. The interlocking SOX lettering is displayed in a stylized Gothic script, giving the emblem a bold, sharp, and distinctly modern appearance.

History

Founded in 1894 and eventually settling in Chicago by 1900, the White Sox became one of the American Leagues eight original franchises in 1901.
