Obverse

The obverse of 2022 Australian Silver Wildlife Coins displays the last portrait of Queen Elizabeth II to appear on Australian coinage. Designed by Jody Clark, the right-profile image depicts the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem at age 89. Although it was Clarks fifth-generation design for the Royal Mint, it was the sixth version of Her Majesty to be used in Australia.

Reverse

The reverse side of the 2022 2 oz Silver Wildlife Coin features all three featured species. A kookaburra perches prominently in the center, a kangaroo leaps in the background, and a koala appears below with a calm expression.
