Each 2024 (P) 1 oz Star Privy American Silver Eagle Coin comes in Mint State 69 condition. This near-perfect grade means the coin still has its full mint luster and no more than two tiny imperfections. These marks are faint and not located in major design areas. The coins come in slabs with a brown NGC label and are from the initial group of 50,000 released.
Obverse
The obverse displays the classic Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman, which dates back to 1916. Liberty is shown in a flowing gown as she walks left toward the sun, with the American flag over her shoulders. The Star Privy appears on the lower right of the design, next to Weinmans initials.
Reverse
On the reverse, youll find Emily Damstras updated bald eagle image. The eagle is seen flying downward with spread wings and holding an oak branch in its talons.
History
This edition of the Silver Eagle is part of a special collaboration between the US Mint and the mobile gaming studio Nice Gang. Only one other private company has worked with the Mint before on a similar project. Through this initiative, the Mint hopes to modernize interest in US coinage by engaging with new audiences through relevant and accessible designs.
