This is the first appearance of His Majesty on Lunar Series coins, replacing the previous portraits of Queen Elizabeth II. Designed by Dan Thorne, this image portrays the King without a crown.
Reverse
The reverse design of 2025 1 oz Platinum Lunar Snake Coins, created by Sean Rogers, depicts a snake coiled around bamboo. This detailed design includes bamboo leaves overhead, adding to the natural setting of the snake.
