Obverse

The obverse presents the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman. Liberty is shown walking left toward the sun with the U.S. flag wrapped around her. A small Army privy mark is located in the bottom right of the image.

Reverse

The reverse carries a design by Emily Damstra, first introduced in 2020. This side shows a bald eagle gliding downward in a left-profile view. The eagle clutches an oak branch in its talons while its wings are raised high.
