The Canadian Silver Maple Leaf is one of the best-known silver coins around. First released by the Royal Canadian Mint in 1988, it became the first bullion coin to feature .9999 fine silver. These coins are usually sold in groups, using plastic tubes that hold 25 coins each. If you have individual coins that need secure storage, BGASC offers a reliable solution. These coin tubes were made to hold Royal Canadian Mint Silver Maple Leafs and come in used condition. Each one is made of clear acrylic and holds up to 25 coins. Since the tubes were previously used, they may show light signs of wear, such as surface scratches or scuffs. Please note that these tubes are empty and do not come with any coins.

Maple Leafs

Over the years, the obverse of the Silver Maple Leaf has featured multiple images of Queen Elizabeth II. From 1988 to 2023, Canadian artists created different portraits of the Queen to appear on the coins. In 2024, for the first time ever, a new monarch appeared on the coin. King Charles IIIs portrait was added, created by Canadian artist Steven Rosati. The reverse of the Silver Maple Leaf has always featured the same artwork: a sugar maple leaf designed by Walter Ott in 1979. Originally created for the Gold Maple Leaf, this design has become a familiar and trusted image for the series.
